pennsylvania bicycle laws
penndot has a nice little mini site covering bike safety & laws, and other resourcesinteresting to me because I ride a lot, cyclists are allowed to legally ride down one-way streets against traffic (as long as the street has 2 lanes), and, breaking any of the traffic laws only brings a $10 fine.
